The Bell Collection, crafted from hand beaded semi-precious stones, pays homage to the modernist painter Vanessa Bell.  Inspired by her joy and lightheartedness, these colorful pieces effortlessly transition from casual to formal, to be worn together or separately.

Vanessa Bell (1879 - 1961) was a groundbreaking, modernist painter who invented a new language of visual expression.

Born in London in 1879, Vanessa Bell and her sister, Virginia Woolf, were leading members of the Bloomsbury Group — a collective of artists and writers that spearheaded a fresh and modern aesthetic.

In 1916, Vanessa and her creative partner, Duncan Grant, alongside her children and fellow artists, established their haven known as Charleston Farmhouse. There, with confidence and exuberance, they covered every surface with a riot of patterns and colors, making their home a testament to their unbridled imagination and artistic vision.

Within this vibrant British countryside retreat, artists found the freedom to delve into their creative pursuits, blurring the boundaries between artistic expression and everyday existence. This communal space came to embody the essence of artistic unity and collaboration. It is this shared love of color and community that inspired the Bell Collection.
