Alexandra Lotsch fine jewelry is pleased to offer custom jewelry pieces to our clients. We are always excited to work together with clients to create their vision. Please understand that each commissioned piece is made by hand and therefore unique. The standard lead time for a commissioned piece is 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once the design is confirmed, we will send a quote before moving forward. At that point, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time that the order is placed. The remaining balance will be due upon receipt. Down payments are non refundable.

Moving forward, we hand select and source all materials and gemstones. We are happy to work closely with the client, should they choose, to create a piece that will be a pleasure to own and wear. Any questions and concerns can be raised with us during the design process. We are committed to pieces that are elegant and lasting. Custom pieces are not returnable and nonrefundable.
